Cancellation Policy
At Sukacita Massage, we strive to make it simple and affordable for you to maintain your optimal health. We understand that life can get busy, so if you need to cancel an appointment, we kindly request at least 24 hours' notice.
Missed appointments
If you miss an appointment without notifying Sukacita Massage, a fee equal to 100% of the scheduled appointment will apply.
Less then 24 hours notice for cancellation
If you provide less than 24 hours' notice to cancel an appointment, 100% of the scheduled appointment fee will be charged.
These fees are payable within 24 hours of receiving our invoice, which will be sent via email. Future bookings will not be accepted until any outstanding cancellation or no-show fees are fully paid.
